How it works
- 01
Enter USDOT
We pull your company snapshot and insurance filings from public FMCSA data.
- 02
See your insurers + contacts
Current and past insurers on file, matched to their loss-run email, form or portal.
- 03
Copy the request — or let us do it
Pre-filled request letter, or one click and we request every insurer for you, free.
Why loss runs matter
No loss runs, no quote. Underwriters price your renewal on 3–5 years of claims history valued within the last 30–90 days.
Why it's slow
Every insurer has a different mailbox, form or portal, and many want a signed request on letterhead. Requests sent to the wrong place sit for weeks.
How we help
We keep a dated directory of official loss-run channels and, if you want, Supreme Trucking Insurance handles the requests and the re-quote for you.

FAQ
What are loss runs?
A loss run is a report from your insurance company listing the claims on your policy — dates, amounts paid and reserved, and status. Underwriters usually ask for 3–5 years of currently valued loss runs before they will quote trucking insurance.
How do I get my loss runs?
Send a written, signed request to each insurer you had in the period, with your legal name, USDOT/MC, policy numbers and dates. Enter your USDOT above and we show the insurers on your FMCSA filing, the right contact for each, and a pre-filled request you can copy.
Is this really free?
Yes. The lookup and directory are free. If you want, a licensed agent at Supreme Trucking Insurance will request your loss runs for you and shop your renewal — no cost and no obligation.
Where does the data come from?
Company and insurance-filing data come from public FMCSA datasets on data.transportation.gov. Loss-run contacts come from each insurer's own public pages; every listing shows its source and the date we checked it.
How long do loss runs take?
It depends on the insurer. Some have instant online portals; others take several business days. Start 60–90 days before your renewal so you are not rushed.
